Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect both your time and mine, please review the following policy before booking: All reschedules and cancellation must be done via business phone or email. Direct messages on Instagram are not accepted. • 48-Hour Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. 1 courtesy reschedule will be given if it’s within the 48 period. • Late Cancellations & Reschedules: If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a $100 non-refundable fee will apply. This includes package clients or free sessions. • No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. • Up to a 10 min grace period for all appointments. If your later then 10 min the appointment will be cancelled. •No additional guests or children allowed By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. This policy ensures that appointment times remain available and fair to all clients.
